Elected & Appointed Officers | 2024

Chris Chopp is a long-time resident of the St. Cloud area, graduate of Tech High School, St. Cloud State University and the University of Minnesota Morris. He has over 30 years experience teaching Social Studies for St. Cloud ISD #742 at McKinley ALC. He is also a licensed Realtor working together with his lovely wife, Karen, at Coldwell Banker Reality in St. Cloud. ​Since joining Freemasonry in 2011, Chris has been active in North Star #23 as editor of the Craftsman, Worshipful Master (2018), Chaplain, LEO, and now again as Senior Warden. He is also a member of the Scottish Rite of St. Paul, as well as the York Rite and Knights Templar. Finally, Chris joined Osman Shrine and after serving as the St. Cloud Shrine Club president, now carries on as Secretary/Treasurer of the St. Cloud Zagalas and Captain of the Osman Go-Karts. His motto: "The deed is in the doing!"

Joe Kolfage is serving North Star Lodge #23 as our Junior Warden in 2024.

In 2011, Andrew Harmer became the 3rd generation in his family to be raised to the sublime degree of a Master Mason. WB Andrew served North Star Lodge #23 as Worshipful Master in 2017, and since 2018 has served as the Secretary. Andrew is also a member of Osman Shrine out of St. Paul, where he serves as Secretary and Treasurer to the St. Cloud Area Shrine Club, and is also active in the St. Cloud Go Karts. Andrew is also a member of St. Paul Valley Scottish Rite (32°), St. Cloud Royal Arch Chapter #10 and other Masonic/Shrine organizations. For Andrew, the best thing about being a part of the Masonic fraternity is the brotherhood and fellowship that comes with being part of the worlds oldest fraternal organization.

Justin Brown has been highly involved in North Star Lodge since becoming a freemason in 2015. He served as Master of North Star Lodge #23 (2019) and served four-consecutive years as High Priest of St. Cloud Chapter #10 Royal Arch Masons (2019-2023). WB Justin currently serves as the Treasurer and Webmaster of North Star Lodge, and as President of the St. Cloud Shrine Club (Osman). He is an active member of several other masonic groups in St. Cloud and the Twin Cities/Metrowest region of Minnesota. Outside of freemasonry, he enjoys spending quality time with his loving wife Jenna, dog Peanut, friends and family.

Bennie McWilliams is serving North Star Lodge #23 as our Junior Steward in 2024.

WB Paul Brown is a past master of North Star Lodge #23 and is continuing to serve North Star as a Lodge Mentor & Prospect Manager in 2024.
